Welcome to RaffleDrop ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately, and balances will not be refunded. The Platform may not be available in jurisdictions where online raffles, sweepstakes, or skill-based contests are restricted by law. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction before using the Service.
RaffleDrop is an intermediary platform that allows registered users to organize and participate in product raffles. The Platform facilitates the collection of entries through cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin) and the random selection of winners. We are not the seller, manufacturer, or distributor of any product listed in a raffle.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Using a strong, unique password
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
If you create a raffle ("Host"), you represent and warrant that:
• The product offered exists, is legitimate, and is in your lawful possession or control
• You will deliver the product to the winner within a reasonable timeframe (we recommend 14 days)
• The product is not counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or restricted in the winner's jurisdiction
• Shipping costs and customs duties are clearly described in the raffle listing
Failure to deliver may result in account termination, forfeiture of any platform fees collected, and reporting to relevant authorities.
By entering a raffle, you acknowledge that:
• Entry is final upon admin verification of payment
• Refunds are not provided unless the raffle is cancelled by the Host or Platform
• Winning a raffle is a chance event; no guarantee of winning is implied
• You are responsible for any taxes, customs, or import duties applicable in your country
The Platform accepts Bitcoin (BTC) for entry fees and balance deposits. All payments are made to a centralized wallet address operated by the Platform. Payments are manually verified before being credited. We are not a financial institution and do not offer custody, exchange, or wallet services beyond what is required for raffle participation. Cryptocurrency value is volatile; the dollar amount displayed is calculated at the time of submission.
You may not use the Platform to:
• Launder money or finance illegal activities
• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Post counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, or copyright-infringing items
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to bypass payment verification, RLS policies, or security measures
• Use the Platform if you reside in a sanctioned country (per OFAC, UN, EU, or UK lists)
The Platform's design, code, branding, and original content are the property of RaffleDrop and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaffleDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaffleDrop, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country grant additional rights.
